Opening: Business Development & Sales

Overview
We are looking for someone who can create a successful go-to-market strategy and build revenue-generating relationships. The ideal candidate will share our passion for using technology to improve the world, and in particular to change how people communicate. We are a small startup and you will have the opportunity to substantially shape the company's future. We are already profitable and are beginning the growth phase.

Experience

• At least 5 years experience in business development and sales.
• Proven track record selling software to large and mid-sized businesses.
• Experience selling collaboration or communication software a strong plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to present our products' value proposition.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious.

Compensation
Base, commission and equity. Ideal candidate would be interested in significant equity.
