If you choose to publish your drawings by clicking "Make Public", you give Dabbleboard and its users a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly display and distribute the content.
2. You confirm and warrant to Dabbleboard that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above licence.
3. You may use content created with Dabbleboard in other Internet-accessible services including (but not limited to) websites and blogs only if you clearly indicate the content has been created with Dabbleboard. Such indication must include the name "Dabbleboard" or "dabbleboard.com", be easily readable, and must be present on or immediately adjacent to the content.
4. Dabbleboard reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all content from the web site.

3. Dabbleboard reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to the API (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
